I am conducting some training this morning and if I am being honest with myself, I am feeling kind of blah today. I don’t know about most of you, but this happens from time to time. I guess that is life. So knowing I feel this way, I have to change this. I have to be on stage in about two hours and it is my duty as a leader and a trainer to bring my A game. So I am getting my head into whatever I can this morning. I have read, I have listened, I am now blogging some quotes. I got into my filing cabinet of quotes and just started reading them. Sometimes reading them is not enough so I decided to type them into my blog.

It’s not how you feel, it’s what you do about it when you feel a certain way. We all have the ability to have a better attitude and change our attitudes. What you choose versus what you allow are totally opposite. I could allow myself to feel blah or I can choose to change it. As I am typing this blog my mind-set is getting to a place where it needs to be, so I can be an A player today.
